Norfolk Island pine (Araucaria heterophylla) will adapt to bright indirect light, but does best with a couple of hours of direct sunlight daily. Needs high relative humidity (pebble tray, humidifier, misting). Water when top inch or so of soil feels dry. Use enough water to allow a little excess to escape through the bottom drainage holes; discard drained water after about 15 minutes. During active growth March – Sept, feed standard liquid houseplant fertilizer every 2 wks
